The Legal 500 UK 2017 was published earlier this month and AdamsonJones has for the third consecutive year received a Tier 4 position in the PATMA: Patent Attorneys ranking.

In addition to the firm’s ranking, Simon Cooper, Nic Ferrar and Steve Jones were all recommended.

The Legal 500 UK is a third-party reference guide to law firms in the UK and a ranking is beneficial to firms on a number of levels. The directory is respected worldwide and is accepted by peers, in-house counsel and other professional services firms as a solid endorsement of the ranked firm.

Firms are ranked according to location and practice area with leading individuals also being listed.

Simon Cooper, managing director at AdamsonJones said “The majority of the firms in the patent attorney rankings are significantly larger than us. Our inclusion in the ranking is therefore dependent on positive client feedback, which is a reflection of the hard work that we, as a team, put into providing a high level of service to our clients.”

Adamson Jones has been commended by The Legal 500 UK for being “traditionally strong in the life sciences space, but is increasingly active in the fields of chemistry, mechanical engineering and advanced physics.”
