DESCRIPTION:Medilink Midlands and the Greater Birmingham Transatlantic Chamber of Commerce invite you to an informal evening to meet with colleagues from the City of Mentor. \nWe are delighted to be welcoming a team of representatives from our longstanding partners at the City of Mentor\, Ohio to the UK on their latest trade mission\, including: \n\nKen Filipiak\, City Manager/CEO\, City of Mentor\nKevin Malecek\, Director of Economic Development and International Trade\, City of Mentor\nKim Holizna from the Ohio Aerospace Institute (TBC)\n\nThis informal networking event\, offers you the chance to scope out potential opportunities for entering the lucrative US market. The City of Mentor is a powerhouse of innovation\, being home to more than 300 manufacturers with particular strengths in advanced manufacturing\, aerospace\, polymer\, and biomedical industry clusters. This setting will provide a forum to discuss the prospects for investment in the City of Mentor\, as well as establishing connections between UK healthcare\, aerospace\, and precision manufacturing businesses and appropriate partners and organisations in the US. \nUvamed\, a Medilink member company\, were introduced to our City of Mentor partners during their first visit in 2018 and have been working with them ever since.
