DESCRIPTION:The HR Forum is hosted by Dr Suzanne Ross and Dr Zara Whysall from Nottingham Business School (NBS) and provides a blend of research\, latest thinking and practical examples to explore how organisations can approach the building of a coaching culture. \nThroughout the morning the event will explore: \n• The benefits and challenges for HR and Managers in embedding coaching in the organisation support by evidence-based research\n• How Nottinghamshire Fire and Research Services (NFRS)\, with a more traditional ‘command and control’ style of leadership\, approached the introduction of coaching within their organisation presented by Matt Sismey the OD and Inclusion Manager for NFRS\n• Latest research from the NBS Centre for People\, Work and Organisational Practice how coaching can be used to address barriers and enable workplace creativity and innovation \nFacilitated sessions will provide opportunities for you to learn from others in light of your own challenges. \nLunch will be provided. \nFor further information or to register your place\, please click here.
