DESCRIPTION:In collaboration with NHS England\, the East Midlands Academic Health Science Network is hosting an Innovation Exchange event on 28th February 2019 to explore digital innovation in the area of Continuing Healthcare. \nIf you are involved in the provision of solutions supporting Continuing Healthcare you will be aware of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS funded nursing care report and the expectations it places on Clinical Commissioning Groups. \nBased on feedback from commissioners regarding the challenges presented in meeting the required Continuing Healthcare standards\, the five Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs) in the East Midlands are keen to explore how innovative digital solutions could assist in addressing some of these challenges.
