DESCRIPTION:Finders Keepers is a 1-day conference supporting local SMEs with their recruitment. Focusing on attracting\, selecting and retaining the best Talent in your organisation. \nNottingham Trent University invites small and medium-sized businesses from Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire to join them for a day-long conference on attracting\, selecting and retention of talent within their organisation. \nThe event aims to support local SMEs with their recruitment. Guests can expect a conference that consist of three main Attract\, Select and Keep workshops aiming to develop the way your business recruits.
