He spent 22 years at Aon\, culminating in a role on the UK Corporate Board.\nIan is on the board of Brokerbility Holdings and Managing Director of Brokerbility. Over the last 12 years he has developed a deep understanding of the issues facing independent community\, niche and specialist brokers. He has been able to take the experience gained in the corporate sector and help prepare the brokers he engages with for the challenges they face in a difficult economy to increased competition and the inevitable succession issues as the principal shareholders reach retirement age. \n  \n  \n \nAndy Hall\, Corporate Insurance Broker\, BHIB Insurance Brokers \nAndy has worked in the insurance industry for 22 years and for the last 3 years has headed up the specialist cyber risks division at BHIB insurance brokers working closely with clients and their IT teams to evaluate cyber security risks and recommending the appropriate risk management and insurance solution to meet their needs. \n  \n  \nEd Wright\, Partner\, Shakespeare Martineau \nEd works with clients on non-contentious contractual\, IP\, data protection and competition law issues\, with a particular focus on the healthcare/life sciences\, sport\, technology\, media and communications sectors. \nEd primarily advises on the creation\, ownership and exploitation of IP\, including licensing\, R&D/technology transfer and agency\, distribution\, reselling and franchising arrangements. \n  \n Adam Noach\, Head of Strategic Analytics\, Vitality Life \nAdam is the Head of Strategic Analytics at Vitality UK\, responsible for the analytical aspects of research initiatives\, with a particular focus on health and wellbeing in the workplace. \nHe joined Vitality UK in 2012\, after working for the parent company – Discovery – in South Africa for 11 years. \n  \n \nRichard Hewitt\, Account Executive\, BHIB Insurance Brokers \nRichard has worked in the UK Insurance industry for 20 years\, dealing with Commercial Risks for a number of leading global & UK insurance brokers.  Richard has been with BHIB for 9 years and advises a portfolio of clients on complex insurance matters\, ensuring their insurance programme fits their bespoke requirements.  During the past 4 years Richard has worked closely with Medilink East Midlands and gained a keen interest in the Life Science sector and the specific insurance needs of the sector.
