Please see further information below regarding COVID-19 compliance at the venue. \nWe are Pioneer Group\, Nottingham (formerly BioCity): \nWe are Pioneer Group is accessible by car\, train and bus as it is a City Centre venue\, on-site parking is not available for delegates\, however the Motorpoint Arena Car park is available and located behind the buildings\, for details and the address see here. \nVenue and event – COVID-19 Compliance\n– Delegates must not attend if they are self isolating or displaying any COVID-19 symptoms (a high temperature\, new and persistent cough\, or a loss of/change in sense of taste or smell)\, even if these symptoms are mild\n– Delegates must not attend if anyone they live with have one of the above symptoms\n– An NHS QR code for delegates to check in on will be available\n– Delegates/staff have the option to wear a face covering upon entering the venue and whilst in attendance at the event\n– The room will be laid out with relevant spacing between tables/delegates\n– All rooms will have hand sanitiser nearby\n– Social distancing measures will be in effect for all toilets\n– Individual boxes will be provided for lunch – with options for Meat eaters\, Vegetarian\, Vegan and Gluten Free
