SUMMARY:Leicestershire’s Largest Careers Speed Networking Event 2018
DESCRIPTION:The Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) is looking for local employers to be part of the largest Careers Speed Networking event ever to take place in Leicestershire. \nWe will be hosting the region’s Largest Careers Speed Networking event at Leicester Racecourse\, as part of this year’s Leicester Business Festival. \nThe event will provide students with an eye-opening opportunity into the world of work. Around 150 employees from a range of industries will provide careers information\, industry insights and employability ‘top tips’ to hundreds of students from Leicester and Leicestershire schools\, academies and colleges in an inspiring\, fun and interactive way. \nThis will be the third time the LLEP will be hosting the event which received fantastic feedback in 2017. \nHere are some key stats from last year’s event…. \n– 100% of employers said they would take like to take part in future careers events\n– 94% of students felt more confident about their career options as a result of attending the event\n– 100% of schools said they would attend the following year \nThis years event is sponsored by Morningside Pharmaceuticals. \nTo find out more and to book\, please click here.
