DESCRIPTION:If counted as a single nation state\, the Visegrád Group would be the fifth largest economy in Europe and the 12th largest in the world. The population is just over 64\,000\,000 inhabitants\, which ranks 22nd largest in the world and 4th in Europe. \nThe members of the Visegrad Four\, play an increasingly more important role in Europe\, and not only in the field of politics. The Visegrád Group is a cultural and political alliance of four Central European states – the Czech Republic\, Hungary\, Poland and Slovakia. All four nations in the Visegrád Group are high-income countries with a very high Human Development Index. \nEMITA aim to provide a showcase about the different cultures and business practices to support businesses in the East Midland making new global connections.
