Since\, he has assisted many organisations large and small across a variety of sectors to access UK and EU grant funding to further enable innovation. He has a mechanical engineering degree and is an experienced project manager as a result of ten years’ experience in the Aerospace\, Power Generation and Rail sectors with companies like Rolls-Royce and Bombardier Transportation. \n  \n \nSam Stephens\, Director\, TBAT Innovation Ltd\nSam founded TBAT in 2002. As a founding Director of the business\, Sam heads up the R&D Tax Credit team. He began his career at Rolls-Royce Aerospace as a graduate and manufacturing engineer and has continued that passion about engineering\, innovation and new technology throughout his career and personal life. \n
