Toby leads on creating the environment that helps tenant companies scale and grow. \n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nProfessor Mike Hannay\, Managing Director\, Medical Technologies Innovation Facility (MTIF)\nMike is Managing Director of MTIF based in Nottingham.  Funded by Nottingham Trent University and D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership MTIF works with partners across the East Midlands to improve the quality of patient care by helping Med-Tech companies accelerate the development and commercial availability of innovative medical technologies and devices. \n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nProfessor Claire Thompson\, CEO\, Agility Life Sciences\nClaire is a multi-award winning scientist\, strategist and storyteller with more than 20 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry spanning the large multi-nationals GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer\, virtual biotech and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisations (CDMOs). She is CEO of Agility Life Sciences\, an award-winning CDMO\, consulting and communications firm which works with organisations across the healthcare space to fast track their products to market\, raise investment and help them to convey the benefits of their science through impactful communications.\nShe is also Entrepreneur in Residence at the University of Cambridge. Claire holds an Honorary Professorship from the School of Pharmacy at the University of Nottingham\, and is Chair of the International Pharmaceutical Federation’s Women in Science and Education (FIP WiSE) initiative. \n\nRobin Weir\, Head of China Practice\, Facey Associates LLP\, Hong Kong\nManaging Director\, Turkington Tang Limited\nRobin is head of the China practice at Facey & Associates LLP\, a boutique law firm in Hong Kong\, having lived for 13 years in mainland China. He is also managing director of Turkington Tang\, a consultancy which advises on international business including cross-cultural management issues.
