DESCRIPTION:The challenge as innovators and companies to the NHS\, is often that when you have a product that improves patient outcomes and saves cost\, you still cannot get it adopted by the NHS. This is often because there is not a fully developed business case. \nDelivered by EMAHSN staff\, this interactive and informative event will enable you to prepare better business case. \nDuring the event you will learn about: \n-What is a business case\, what is its purpose and why it is so important? \n-Who reviews the business case and how are they evaluated from a commissioning point of view? \n-How to construct a good business case \nThis is the second part of a 3 workshop programme ‘Getting Ready for NHS Market Entry ‘\, designed to get you ready to successfully secure business with NHS Organisations.
