The Role
The role of the Pharmacist is to lead the day-to-day operations of our ground-breaking distance-selling pharmacy, ensuring excellent, safe customer service in line with all relevant regulations.
You’ll be supported by a full-time dispenser, who you will manage day to day. You will also be working with an innovative management team on developing the best internet pharmacy , supporting patients with long term conditions, including diabetes, to better manage their condition via the telephone and internet.
You will undertake a range of tasks and activities, including managing new patient nominations, ensuring the timely delivery of prescription and non-prescription items to customers, keeping accurate records, managing wholesalers and stock, and supporting the wider team in their mission to develop our offering & services further.
You will take the lead in ensuring patients have access to specialised digital health benefits and will receive extra training in offering tailored support for chronic health conditions such as diabetes.
