Nottingham marketing and PR agency, V Formation, has promoted two members of its team.

The agency’s Leah Bradley is promoted to Senior Marketing Consultant and Lucy Wharton to Senior PR Executive.

A specialist in marketing strategy development, implementation, communications and planning, Leah has been with V Formation since 2016. With a solid foundation in professional services marketing from in-house roles at independent legal and insurance firms, Leah works with many of V Formation’s B2B clients and leads its own social media, digital and marketing activities.

Lucy joined V Formation in 2018 as part of the University of Nottingham Internship Scheme after graduating with an English BA (Hons). With a focus on delivering specialist PR support, including digital PR, to V Formation’s growing portfolio of PR-led clients, Lucy also provides PR and media relations support to its full-service clients in the life sciences, med tech and professional services sectors.

Commenting on the promotions, V Formation director Hilary Campton says: “Leah and Lucy are both highly valued and integral members of our team. Their promotions recognise not only their significant contribution, but also their sustained development in delivering expert, relevant, and results-driven marketing and PR support to our growing roster of clients and client campaigns.

“Leah brings creativity and solid marketing nous to the team, and adds immense value to our work for clients. Since day one, Lucy has channelled her ambition and is already an efficient, well-rounded, and highly effective PR professional, generating excellent coverage for our clients with their most influential online, broadcast and print media.”

Sue Carr, also Director at V Formation, adds: “Whilst 2020 wasn’t without its challenges, our PR and marketing client base has continued to grow. The new year is an opportunity to return our focus to the future and our continued growth, and these promotions recognise the important part Lucy and Leah have played but equally their significant role in V Formation’s ambitious plans for 2021 and beyond.

“We remain committed to investing in, encouraging and nurturing the development of our team, and actively encourage professional development to enable ongoing skills development that in turn, maintains V Formation’s value-add support and services for clients.

“We are lucky to work with so many fantastic companies in the UK and internationally, who recognise the value of marketing and PR to achieving their business objectives,” adds Sue. “V Formation works for a powerful mix of market-leading, established companies in a wide range of sectors including life sciences, high-tech and emerging tech, healthcare, med tech not-for-profit, manufacturing, professional services, and leadership and development.”

V Formation is based at BioCity in Nottingham and was established in 2007. For more information, visit: www.vformation.biz
